Model United Nations – 2019

“Peace cannot be kept by force; it can only be achieved by understanding.” — Albert Einstein On February 22nd, 2019 Asian World School organised Intra-school MUN for the classes 6 to 8. The topic was “Nuclear Disarmament”. This activity motivated students to learn about world issues. In today’s era of globalisation, it is imperative that students have global outlook, understand and appreciate cultural differences. As the students took up the mantle of diplomats representing different countries, they developed confidence and subtle art of articulating thoughts and making persuasive speech.
